- William Read Review added: 2018.02.28★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Visiting Bewdley for the first time, I entered the Post Office at 0900hrs. on Saturday. and was finally served at 0925hrs. The staff member was doing a first class job, but was overwhelmed; a public holiday the previous day, and on Monday, meant it was busy. But there were three cashier positions in the office, so why were more staff not arranged to cope with the demand, which must have been foreseen? A small post office counter in the centre of the shop was unused, staff nearby were available, but did not respond to the ever growing queue. McColl newsagents and the Post Office need to review staffing at this office.
